Our Transmission Network Implementation Process follows the below procedure:
PCM cable Laying, DDF Frame and Block Installation, E1 Punching.
Optical cable laying underground and overground.
Optical Splicing and fault detection.
BER Testing for 12 Hours for PDH (8E1 & 16 E1) and 24 Hours for 32E1 & 63E1 link.
ODU, Antenna, Feeder Cable Grounding.
MW Rack Installation.
IDU Installation & Grounding.
Indoor and Outdoor Ladder Installation and Labeling of all cabling and wiring required for MW equipment.
Link Alignment to the Planned Received Level.
DC Power Connection for IDU.
Collect approved site implementation and commissioning layout in accordance with approved site survey criteria from Customer.
Equipment receives at site.
Notification of Any Damage during equipment receiving at site.
Ensure Quality Installation Team.
Availability of Standard tools as per the list provided by the customer.
Antenna Hoisting in sites.
IF Cable/Feeder Cable Laying.
Acceptance test of Service in accordance with Customer standard.
Excess material Remove from Site & send Back to Warehouse.
Production of ‘As built’ technical documentation required for the finalized implementation of MW & other equipment.
